After years of chronic pain and multiple spine surgeries Dr. Arcella was able to diagnose the problem on my first visit and devised a plan to eliminate my pain without the use of opioids. I left there today a new man with a new outlook on life. I had forgotten what it was like to be without pain.

Dr. Arcella is fantastic! I came in with neck and shoulder pain and.he listened carefully to where and how it was hurting me and then that day he gave me micro targeted steroid shot on main pain point and within a 48 hours I was feeling significantly better. I am now back playing tennis pain free. The office is well run and efficient. Dr. Arcella is friendly and very good at diagnosing exact nature of problem. He really cared about eliminating the pain I was having.

I was suffering from severe headaches as a result of head and neck surgury. Medications did not work. The headaches would last for days. My PCP referred me to Dr. Arcella. After discussion Dr. Arcella recomendrd a nerve block shot. Unfortunately I did not have any relief. A few day later we agreed on different shot process. My pain was so excruciating I could not turn over to find a comfortable position to sleep. Getting out of bed was worse as it took about 30 minutes to stand reasonably upright. They call it DeNovo Pain Management, they should really call it Denovo Compassion, Competence and Caring. Went Monday for a diagnosis for nerve pain in my groin, and entire front leg. I had incurred three months of medication, visits to orthopedic, neurosurgeon, during which time incurring substantial pain and lack of sleep. Starting Monday, Dr. Arcella prescribed medication, and I had an epidural injection today. I feel much better and have much confidence going ahead. Thanks to all the caring staff with a special shutout to Heather. PS, I made this journey to Dr Arcella from the Philadelphia area, via a recommendation from my sons local doctor friend. I’m not sorry about making the trip, and plan to come back for follow up visits when necessary.

He told me when I first met with him that not to worry that he had a lot of tricks up his sleeve and a lot of recommendations but ultimately I was in charge of my own path of care. My father has been in excruciating pain for years. Last year he had a full hip replacement in hopes that would ease the pain. It did not. I must admit my first visit to see Dr. Arcella I was a mess. My rt shoulder and neck was my complaint. I was in so much pain I couldnt think straight I’m so serious.
